Love those pigtails
Lydia is finally letting me put her hair up in pigtails! It has been such a battle in the past that I finally gave up on trying. Last weekend, Lydia's cousin Ally was visiting and had her hair in pigtails and I tried it with her here. Lydia was so excited to have hair that matched her cousin and now all I have to do is say the magic words, "Let's put your hair in pigtails like Ally" and it works!! I think she looks like such a big girl!

I love the pigtails, too, Sarah. So sweet. I had the same battle with Abby. Her hair was long enough for a little ponytail and then pigtails back in the summer, but she'd leave it for about 30 seconds and then yank the ponytail holders out. Not sure what changed, but she finally let me do what I want with her hair. They do look so big in pigtails!! So fun, isn't it?!!

I love the pigtails! I wish I looked that cute with them. I guess I've outgrown that stage of my life... Dare I say she looks a little like her Aunt Sara in the title bar picture?
